to ensure our brand is represented accurately, consistently, and authentically across all channels.
The Role
We are looking for a
part-time Marketing & Content Executive
to take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution for The Cold Room.
This is a hands-on role focused on
content creation, social media management, and campaign delivery
-- not agency-style strategy decks or outsourced account management.
You will work closely with the owner and be trusted to manage the brand's voice, presence, and consistency across digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Social Media
Create and schedule Instagram posts, stories, and reels (3-5 posts per week)
Film short-form content on-site (treatments, studio, testimonials, promos)
Write clear, engaging captions aligned to the brand tone
Manage DMs, comments, and basic community engagement
Campaign Delivery
Support launches, offers, and promotions
Promote memberships, packages, and corporate/athlete offerings
Ensure campaigns are delivered consistently across all platforms
Website & Booking Support
Ensure alignment between social content, website, and booking systems
Keep pricing, FAQs, and service descriptions accurate and up to date
Brand & Consistency
Maintain a consistent visual and written brand style
Use Canva templates and brand assets correctly
Ensure all public-facing content reflects a premium, professional studio
Basic Reporting
Monitor engagement and booking trends
Identify what content drives enquiries and bookings
Provide simple, practical feedback -- not vanity metrics
Specialist support will be outsourced when required.
About You
Essential
Experience managing social media for a brand or small business
Confident filming and creating short-form video content
Strong written English and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Familiar with Instagram, Canva, and basic website CMS platforms
Desirable
Experience in wellness, fitness, beauty, or health sectors
Understanding of local marketing and community engagement
Basic knowledge of booking platforms or service-based businesses
