night shift reception team

at Hampton by Hilton High Wycombe

Position:

Part-Time Night Shift Reception Team Member

Location:

Handy Cross, High Wycombe

Shifts:

Night shifts, including weekends and holidays (flexibility required)

Your Role:

As a key part of our night team, you'll ensure guests feel welcome, safe, and comfortable throughout the night. You'll be involved in a range of duties, including:

Welcoming guests

and handling

check-ins and check-outs

Providing excellent customer service

with a friendly smile and helpful attitude

Managing reservations

and answering guest enquiries (phone, email, in-person)

Light cleaning duties

to keep public areas and reception tidy

Assisting with setting up breakfast areas

for the next day

Serving drinks

at the bar (training provided if needed) Carrying out

night audits and basic admin tasks

What We're Looking For:

Previous hotel or customer service experience is ideal, but not essential -

we'll train the right person!

A calm and confident communicator, even during busy or challenging situations Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Professional, reliable, and always willing to help out
