Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM



We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Part-Time Office/ Marketing Assistant to join our team in Woolwich. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft, creative mind thinking and are fluent in both

English and Chinese (MUST!)

.

Responsibilities:



Provide general administrative support to the office. Utilize Microsoft Office applications for various tasks, including document creation, data entry, and email correspondence. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. Assist with coordination and scheduling of appointments and meetings. Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace. Assist in company events, sponors and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:

Provide general office support and assistance to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle correspondence.

Data Entry:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases. Ensure all data is handled confidentially and securely.

Organizational Tasks:

Maintain and organize office files, documents, and supplies. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Microsoft Applications:

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create, edit, and manage documents and presentations. Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.

Bilingual Communication:

Communicate effectively in both

English and Chinese

with clients, vendors, and team members. Translate documents and communications as necessary.

Marketing skills:

Manage social media pages Help in planning and asissting in company events

Requirements:



Fluent in both

English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in

Microsoft

Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible availability, with a minimum commitment of 3 days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 30 per week
