Is comfortable with tools like
Sage

Excel

Outlook/Gmail/Workspace
(or learns fast!)
Enjoys variety, responsibility, and being part of a close-knit team
You'll be supporting our directors, clients, and both the on- and off-site team. so no two days will be exactly the same. If you've got a great sense of humour, a calm head under pressure, and want to be part of growing the business, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Tool Hire Reports
Review weekly tool hire reports and flag anything that needs attention
Tendering Support
Prepare and issue tenders for new projects, track responses, and follow up as needed
Labour Scheduling
Help organise weekly labour schedules and communicate them to the team
Timesheet Management
Check timesheets for accuracy and send them to our accountant on time
Job Costing & Invoices
Allocate invoices to jobs and update profit & loss projections for ongoing projects
What We're Looking For
Experience in admin, operations, or a similar role (construction industry a plus!)
Confident working with spreadsheets and financial data
Super organised, proactive, and dependable
A team player who's happy to get stuck in wherever needed
Job Type: Part-time
