QuantarMed is a pioneering UK-based startup combining quantum-inspired algorithms, AI, and healthcare insights to transform preventative care and diagnostics. As we grow, we're looking for committed individuals to help us build something visionary from the ground up.

This is a flexible, wide-ranging role perfect for someone who would enjoy traditional international intellectual property work combined with innovative patentable research and addressing the requirements of a rapidly growing high-tech start-up. You'll work closely with the CEO and core team players to support strategy and tasks shaping the future of Quantum-AI-enabled healthcare.

Responsibilities

? Supporting algorithm development and optimisation

? Conducting desk-based research in quantum computing or applied mathematics

? Contributing to product validation strategies and data frameworks

? Collaborating on technical documentation, pitch decks, and grant applications

? Participating in ideation and strategic planning sessions

Requirements:

? A good first degree, legal qualification or multi-year paralegal experience

? Strong written and communication skills

? Adaptability to multitasking

? Proactive, self-directed, and interested in interdisciplinary innovation

? Interest in developing the potential of quantum computing and AI

Desirable Skills:

? Drafting experience

? Familiarity with scientific concepts such as AI and quantum algorithms

? Interest in healthcare innovation
