The Role
This role combines customer service, sales, and light logistics. You'll collect the products from our workshop, drive to the pop-up location, set up the stand, and serve customers during the event.
Key Responsibilities
Drive from our workshop to the pop-up location and back. Car usage is minimal. Short trips only. To go to the event and come back when finished. (Typically 10-15 minutes each way)
Set up and pack down the pop-up stand using a trolley and light equipment
Welcome customers and take orders in a friendly, professional manner
Package pastries carefully for takeaway
Handle payments using the till system
Maintain a clean, well-presented stand throughout the event
Represent Grue with a positive and professional attitude
What We're Looking For
Essential: Own car and valid driving licence
Essential: Strong customer service skills and confidence speaking with customers
Sales or pop-up / market experience is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Comfortable working independently
Shift & Pay Details
Hours: 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM (weekdays)
Pay: 12.21 per hour
