Lettings Team

. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys being out and about, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in doing things properly.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for carrying out

routine property inspections

across our managed rental portfolio, using our digital reporting software to record and upload inspection findings quickly and accurately. You'll note the condition of the property, highlight any maintenance issues, and ensure landlords receive clear, professional updates.

You'll also support the team with

check-in and check-out inventories

, helping to ensure a smooth transition for tenants moving in and out of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and carry out regular property inspections Produce accurate, well-presented reports using inspection software Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns Liaise with tenants and landlords in a professional, friendly manner Assist with move-in and move-out inventory appointments Keep records, schedules, and systems up to date

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Is organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently Has strong attention to detail and good written communication Is comfortable using tablets, apps, or similar software for reporting Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle Ideally has lettings, property, or customer service experience (training will be provided)
This is a

part-time position

(3 days per week, 9am-4pm) based at our Market Rasen office. It's a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, people-focused role within a respected local estate agency.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19.5 per week
