About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Part-Time Property Manager
to join our team on a
12-month fixed-term contract
to provide maternity cover. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and is looking for a flexible part-time role.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential and HMO properties, ensuring high standards of service delivery for both landlords and tenants.
Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
, as travel to and between properties is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of managed properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Conduct regular property inspections and produce detailed reports.
Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, health and safety regulations, and tenancy agreements.
Handle tenancy renewals, deposit returns, and move-in/move-out processes.
About You
Proven experience in residential property management.
Strong knowledge of lettings regulations, landlord-tenant legislation, and health & safety requirements.
Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
, as travel to and between properties is essential.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
