Job Overview:
We are seeking 2 motivated and reliable
Bank MRI Radiographic Assistant
to join our Imaging Department. The successful candidate will play a key supporting role in ensuring the smooth operation of radiographic procedures, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff, and assisting radiographers with clinical and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist radiographers in preparing patients for imaging procedures
Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the imaging process.
Help position patients and equipment under the direction of the radiographer.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging rooms and equipment.
Manage patient flow and coordinate appointment schedules.
Perform administrative tasks as required.
Support infection prevention practices.
Assist with stock control.
Escort patients as needed to and from imaging suites.
Uphold patient confidentiality and data protection at all times.
Requirements:
Essential:
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Organized, dependable, and adaptable to a fast-paced clinical environment.
Compassionate and respectful approach to patient care.
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office and familiarity with medical software).
Desirable:
Previous experience in healthcare or radiology settings.
Basic knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
Healthcare assistant or related certification.
Working Hours:
This is a bank position.
Monday - Friday
12-hour shift
10-hour shift
Flexibility is required, based on departmental needs.
