Sturgess Mortgage Solutions is an award-winning, independent mortgage and protection brokerage based in Gorseinon. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a

Part-Time Receptionist & Client Support Administrator

to join our team.

This is an

office-based, front-of-house role

supporting our advisers and client relationship team, and acting as the first point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Making outbound calls to clients as required Booking and managing adviser appointments and diaries Acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries Collecting and chasing client documents Organising documents and passing them to the admin/adviser team Providing general office and administrative support
Full training and clear systems will be provided.

About You

Confident and professional on the phone Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic computer systems Able to follow processes and work independently Friendly and approachable with clients
Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
