We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

Skills
Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficient typing skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with computerized systems, including Google Suite applications
Administrative experience in an office setting is preferred
Knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
