Market Street Dental Clinic is a beautiful boutique fully private Dental Practice in Saffron Walden.

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to work 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays and one Saturday per month.

Dental/Medical industry experience desired.

Job Overview



Position: Receptionist Employment Term: Permanent - Part Time Type: Private Days: Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 08.30 - 17.30, One Saturday per month 8:30 - 15:30 Dental Software: Aerona Dentistry: General/family, implants, periodontics, hygiene, orthodontics Salary: 13 p/h Start date: August 2025
Training provided.

Requirements:



Must have excellent customer service skills Knowledge of dentistry desired but not essential Have a great command of the English language (written and spoken) Well presented, self motivated and friendly Experience with call handling

Duties include:



Management of the reception area Meeting & Greeting patients Booking & Amending appointments Answering Calls Updating Patient records Supporting the Practce Manager & Clinical team with the smooth running of the practice Payment Handling Making patients aware of the services offered Maintaining patient confidentiality
May be required to cover Holidays and sickness.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00 per hour
