Reception Cover 1-2 evenings per week & sickness - occasional extra covers

We are a private health clinic looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team. We are a small local business and dedicate ourselves to providing the best care for our patients. This is a self employed, zero hours contract, and will suit an individual that can be flexible with the hours they can cover.

We are looking for an individual with the following skills/experience:

- Computer literacy, including Microsoft office - Excel and Word.

- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload with high attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Customer service experience

- Warm, friendly, and bubbly personality who can connect with a variety of people

- Local to SS17 postcode

The Role:

- Diary management of clinic appointments.

- Administrative duties including booking appointments, taking payments, patient files.

- Answering and returning telephone calls.

- Welcoming patients and answering any queries they may have.

- Part-time, self employed role with national minimum wages paid.

- The position may cover a variety of shifts, including: some evenings Monday to Friday, Saturdays, occasional holiday and sickness cover.
