We are seeking a professional and organised Part- time weekend Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Duties
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming calls promptly, directing them appropriately and taking accurate messages.
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records
Handle correspondence via email, phone, and postal services
Maintain the organisation of the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and welcoming
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents using clerical skills.
Support other administrative staff with various office duties as needed
Skills
Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with data entry and clerical tasks demonstrating attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
