We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.
Duties
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls promptly and manage inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using computerised and manual systems.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Manage scheduling and appointments for practitioners and therapists as required.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Take payments from patients in Cash and Card formats.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or office role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of GDPR and patient confidentiality.
One in Four Saturday mornings required.
Tuesday afternoon shift 1pm-6pm and Thursday morning 8.30-1pm.
