Job Overview
We are seeking a weekday afternoon Host/Receptionist to join our team at our busy and welcoming showroom here at Paul Rigby Volvo in the heart of Stourbridge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and quite them accordingly
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Provide refreshments to our guests
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and presentable at all times
- Assist in admin duties for both Sales and Aftersales departments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Experience
- Proficient in computerised booking systems and the use of Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in hosting, an administrative or office role is required
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Fantastic over the phone and face to face Customer Service skills are a must
- Ability to perform clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and phone etiquette

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour
