About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated pharmacist with excellent clinical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient care.
You'll lead by example, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of NHS and private services, while supporting and developing the pharmacy team to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Dispense and check prescriptions accurately in line with regulations and SOPs
Ensure compliance with all legal, professional, and ethical standards (including Controlled Drugs)
Deliver and promote NHS and private pharmacy services
Maintain strong working relationships with local surgeries, carers, and other healthcare professionals
Monitor NHS claims, maintain accurate records, and address discrepancies
Lead, support, and inspire the pharmacy team to achieve operational and service targets
Key Skills & Requirements
GPhC-registered Pharmacist (essential)
MPharm degree (or equivalent qualification)
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Strong leadership, delegation, and team-building abilities
Organised, reliable, and proactive in service delivery
Up-to-date knowledge of community pharmacy and new service roles
