Reconnect Scotland - Relational Therapy & Community Hub
Location:
Shore, Edinburgh
Hours:
2-3 days per week (ideally Thursday, Friday, Saturday, mornings and afternoons)
About Reconnect Scotland
At Reconnect Scotland, our starting point is simple:
we are shaped in connection
.
Our sense of self, our patterns, and even our hopes emerge through the relationships we've had - and the ones we long for. Whether those connections were safe or painful, nurturing or chaotic, they leave a mark. We believe emotional wellbeing is built through relational healing - with others, with ourselves, and with the wider world.
Reconnect Scotland exists as a
two-part space
:
The Therapy Centre
- Offering individual, couples, and family therapy through a relational lens. Our work explores the echoes of past relationships, family dynamics, unmet needs, and learned patterns helping people shift their internal relational maps so they can feel more connected, more seen, and more themselves.
The Reconnect Hub
- A response to Scotland's crisis of loneliness. The Hub offers gentle ways for people to meet, create, and connect through arts-based workshops, community events, and spaces where presence matters more than performance.
At Reconnect Scotland, we support people to reconnect with themselves through therapy - and to reconnect with others through community. We don't believe wellbeing happens in isolation. We believe in connection - real, messy, healing connection - and we are building a space where that becomes possible again.
