Reservationist

Since 2006 we have been the UK's home of ethically sourced, grass-fed beef, cooked over charcoal and paired with our award-winning wines and cocktails. As a Reservationist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing bookings and creating great first impressions.

What You'll Do

Manage guest bookings by phone, email and online Seat guests and take drinks orders Take coats and manage cloakroom Provide warm, professional and efficient service at all times Work with managers to maximise bookings and covers Support with guest communications before and after visits

Who You Are

Organised, articulate and confident on the phone and email Strong attention to detail and admin skills Enjoy talking to people and providing excellent service Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
