We are looking for a friendly and reliable person to join our team, someone who is capable of managing staff/customers on the shifts when the general manager is not working, taking food orders, checking in accommodation guests, checking stock levels, locking up.
Evening and Weekend hours.
Hours below, however this could be a full time position for the right person if required.
Responsibilities:
- Working alongside the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hours -
Evening and Weekend availability is a must, Alternate Friday lunch (11-4)possible breakfast shift from 7:45 when needed/evening (4-F) and Saturday 4-F (approx. 10:30pm) Sundays 11-8pm - We can be flexible with shifts, if more hours are needed we can provide this.
Minimum 18 hours, additional hours can be available if needed.
We are closed Monday and Tuesdays
A mix of Breakfast/lunch and Dinner shifts will be required
