Part-Time Retail & Workshop Team Members - Coleraine

We have an amazing opportunity to join Olivia's Haven as a Team Member in our Coleraine HQ! If you have a passion for customer service and for creating beautiful products in a hands-on, creative environment, this role is perfect for you!

We're looking for people who:

Have flexible weekday availability Have good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Are passionate about providing a Scentsational experience to every customer Love home fragrance (especially Olivia's Haven!)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, offering friendly, helpful advice to ensure a memorable shopping experience. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range and recommend products based on customer preferences. Processing, packing and fulfilment of online orders placed across a variety of sales channels. Support the production and fulfilment teams in the hand-pouring, finishing, boxing and labelling of home fragrance products under the supervision of the Workshop Manager. Assist with product displays and store layout to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, card, and gift card payments. Ensure the retail store and workshops are kept clean, tidy, and well-organised.
