Seasonal Part-Time Sales Assistant - CastleCourt, Belfast

Our new CastleCourt pop-up brings our full range of beautifully made products to the heart of Belfast. We're looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated individual to join our team and help deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

The Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of Enniskinn -- welcoming customers, helping them find the perfect gift, and maintaining a beautifully presented store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, takes pride in their work, and has a genuine interest in local, handmade products.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge

Handle cash and card transactions accurately

Assist with restocking, merchandising and general store upkeep

Support social media or promotional activity in-store when required

Work collaboratively with the small Enniskinn team to meet daily sales goals

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

Excellent communication and people skills

Reliable, punctual and self-motivated

A positive 'can do' attitude

Flexibility to work weekends or extra hours during busy periods (e.g. Christmas)
