We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. Assist customers in selecting products and provide information on features and benefits. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks. Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. A friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for delivering excellent service. Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and cash management. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, as needed.
