Enthusiastic Sales Advisor - Join a Leading Vaping Brand in Lancaster!

Join EVPE & Crystal Clear Vape Store, one of the UK's leading premium vaping and electronic cigarette operators, as a Part-Time Sales Advisor! We're experiencing exciting growth and are looking for passionate individuals to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Lancaster store.

The Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand, creating a welcoming and informative environment for our customers. You'll play a vital role in driving sales, providing expert product advice, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. This is a part-time position, requiring 14 to 20 hours per week, with flexibility to cover occasional additional hours during peak periods, holidays, or sickness.

You may also have the opportunity to cover other stores within the North West region.

Main duties of a Sales Advisor:

Deliver outstanding customer service, building rapport and providing personalised product recommendations. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall store performance. Process sales accurately using our EPOS system. Manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct thorough customer consultations to understand their needs and preferences. Provide expert product knowledge, including use, maintenance and warranty information. Maintain store visual merchandising to a high standard.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment. A strong sales aptitude and a passion for exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong numeracy and organisational abilities. A proactive, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A valid full UK driving license (desirable, but not essential). An interest in the vaping industry is a plus.
