We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Assistant to join our dynamic retail team For Friday & Saturday. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining an inviting store environment. Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience Offer product information and personalised recommendations based on customer needs Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Restock shelves and organise displays to maintain an attractive store layout Keep the store clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and organising stockroom areas Support promotional activities and participate in store merchandising efforts Address customer queries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements

Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner Organised with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required Flexibility to work during store hours, including weekends if needed A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service
