Do you have a passion for sweet treats and snack from here and the USA? SoSweet have a very exciting opportunity for a determined and switched-on individual to join our ever-growing team as a part-time sales assistant and keyholder .

We are need a strong support-leader to help run our busy customer-facing environment.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

Maintaining high standards of customer service Stock ordering and replenishment Working days: Monday 1 - 6 and Tuesday 1 - 6 Additional hours subject to business needs
Required Skills:

You must be able to work independently as well as lead and work team Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills Be con?dent in up-selling. Have good people skills within a fast-paced retail environment. Retail experience in a supervisory role preferred (training will be given)
The ideal candidate will be positive, fun, friendly and have a professional attitude. You'll be talking to people constantly and be the face of our store. This is a part-time role with set hours, however more hours will be available during holidays and as need by the business.

SoSweet is one of the UK's leading retail Sweet Shop brands and has seen exponential growth since the launch of its first store in 2014. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company in the early stages of its development. This role will provide a great inside to all aspects of the business and opportunity for personal development and training.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
