Part-Time Sales Assistant - Friendly Food Shop
We're looking for a confident, friendly and reliable Sales Assistant to join our team at Pem Butty Box.
This is a part-time position, perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and providing great customer service in a warm and welcoming environment.
What we're looking for:
A friendly and approachable personality
Confidence in speaking with customers and helping them with their purchases
Someone reliable, punctual, and happy to work as part of a small team
Previous food shop experience is essential - but we'll provide training also
Your role will include:
Greeting and serving customers with a smile
Preparing hot and cold food as requested by each customer
Operating the till and handling payments
Restocking shelves and keeping the shop clean and tidy
Answering customer questions about our products
Opening and Closing the shop
Working within a team is important for our shop
To learn how to cook and cash up
Details:
Part-time hours: 24+ hours per week
Set days maybe be given once started and trained. However these days many change for holiday and sickness cover
Over 3-4 days each week
Must be available to work between 7am-3pm Monday to Saturday
This job requires to work every other Saturday
Must be flexible to do Holiday cover
and sickness cover when required (this maybe short notice but are expected to help out where you can)
