Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Resource and source new customer base. Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks and shipping goods when required. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in a sales in a target orientated environment. A good telephone manner and the confidence to cold call. Good command of writing sales introduction emails with the ability to make the email interesting. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role.
We are a SME based in Chichester , who have been supplying the world of IVF with cryogenic equipment and consumables for over 20 years. We value honesty and loyalty and are looking for a person to join our small friendly team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00 per hour
