Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate terms of sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Manage client accounts effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth delivery of products or services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using IT systems.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Identifying and researching new sales leads
Creating and managing cold-calling lists
Experience
Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales or a similar role, demonstrating successful negotiation skills.
Strong driving record with the ability to travel as required for client meetings and presentations.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant applications.
Demonstrated organisational skills with effective time management to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Customer service experience with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
Knowledge of negotiation techniques that facilitate mutually beneficial agreements.
