Job Description
We're looking for a super social Recruiter to help grow our Freddie's Flowers canvassing team here in Bristol (must be Bristol based and have a strong network in the city).
Commitment:
2-3 days/week
Flexible & ad hoc - work around your life, uni, job, or side hustle.
Pay:
13.85 p/h plus commission on every successful applicant! You get paid to connect people to a job they'll love!
What You'll Do:
Post & share the job on Instagram & socials
Chat with your network, friends, or anyone who would be great at selling flowers!
Drop flyers at local hotspots (drama schools, cafes, gyms, campuses)
? Meet people IRL and pitch the job on the spot
Call & screen applicants
Track your progress and manage your pipeline
Requirements
You must be...
? Super social & outgoing
? Love chatting to people
? Well connected in Bristol (or ready to be!)
? Organised, proactive & independent
