We are a fast-paced, dynamic estate agency based in Hale, committed to providing exceptional customer service and delivering results. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised and reliable part-time Secretary/Sales Advisor to join our busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide efficient administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Manage and organise appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and liaise with clients in a professional manner, creating mailshots and other marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Assist with general office duties and ensure a tidy, welcoming environment.
Assist with the production of property mailouts.
Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Experience in a secretarial or personal assistant role.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role (estate agency experience is preferred but not essential).
