We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Server/ Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage preparation. As a Front of House Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests while delivering exceptional service. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain high standards of food safety will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drinks and menu items. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic maths for processing payments. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Basic maths skills for cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Understanding of food safety practices to maintain a safe working environment. A friendly disposition with the ability to help customers feel at ease. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour
