About The Role:
Working Pattern:
Monday - Thursday: 9.00am - 1.00pm
We're seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Administrator. In this role, you'll provide direct support to the business along with supervisor cleaning and maintenance teams, ensuring safe and smooth operations and effective communication.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Ensure accurate and timely communication with the client relaying messages, and information promptly.
Updated and creating tracking spreadsheets with financial information where required
Requesting and logging purchase orders
Liaising with subcontractors and helpdesk to ensure all jobs are logged, recorded, attended and billed.
Supervising the site team to ensure works are completed to high standards
Providing Health and Safety support, ensuring works are safe, and both team and clients are up to date with all relevant information.
Supporting the off-site Site Manager and Contract Manager to ensure client satisfaction
You should meet the following criteria:
A minimum of 1 years' experience in a supervisory or support role
Right to work in the UK
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
