The Role
We're looking for a creative and organised
Part-Time Social Media & Content Executive
to join our small, fast-paced team. You'll help create, schedule, and manage social media content for a range of clients -- from short-form videos to newsletters and performance reports.
We're looking for someone with
some prior experience (ideally 1-3 years)
in social media or content creation -- though we'll consider candidates with less experience if they can demonstrate strong skills and initiative.
Hours
3 days per week (approx. 18-21 hours)
Flexible schedule, with consistent working days preferred
15-20 per hour (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
Create and schedule social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and occasional long-form YouTube content
Design branded assets in Canva
Write and format engaging email newsletters
Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, and audience interaction)
Compile analytics reports to track performance and guide strategy
Support with content planning and occasional shoots when needed
About You
You're confident working across multiple platforms, love creative storytelling, and have an eye for what performs well on social. You're self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy bringing creative ideas to life through social content.
Essential Skills & Experience
Some prior experience (ideally 1-3 years) in a social media or content creation role (agency or in-house)
Confident using CapCut (or similar) and Canva
Strong understanding of social media trends and native content creation
Experience scheduling and managing client accounts
Excellent writing, spelling, and communication skills
Highly organised with a proactive approach
