About the Role:

We're looking for a talented Junior Social Media Executive to join our creative Marketing team on a part-time basis (19 hours). This is your chance to contribute to the success of a vibrant organisation, where your skills and ideas will directly shape our social presence.

Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, you will:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging static and video content across our social media channels - LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Monitor platforms, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages. Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest innovative ways to enhance brand visibility. Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations. Support wider marketing campaigns and initiatives as required.

Knowledge & Skills:

To excel in this role, you should have:

Previous experience in content creation or digital marketing. Proficiency in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Design and editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools Strong copywriting skills with a creative flair. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Creativity and enthusiasm for developing fresh ideas.
