The Spa at Green Farm

has earned a prestigious 5 Bubble Rating from the Good Spa Guide, recognised as one of the UK's top boutique spas. Inspired by nature and the farm's peaceful surroundings, the spa offers luxurious ESPA & Bramley treatments alongside a full beauty menu. With views across a 13th-century church and protected conservation land, the spa is home to three treatment rooms, two outdoor hot tubs, a large yoga studio, and a field-facing outdoor sauna.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and professional

Part-Time Spa Therapist

to join our small, friendly, and growing team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our award-winning spa, delivering high-quality ESPA treatments in a truly unique countryside setting.

Guests include loyal locals, holidaymakers staying in our self-catered Barn, retreat participants, hen groups, and regular yogis attending weekly classes. The spa is busiest on Fridays and Saturdays, with additional activity during retreats and seasonal events.

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality massages, facials, and body treatments using ESPA & Bramley products Create a calm, welcoming environment for guests from arrival to departure Support the smooth running of the spa, including room setup and guest care Primarily a

Flexibility is essential, with a willingness to support wider hospitality operations across Green Farm You'll be part of a close-knit team delivering exceptional treatments and guest experiences
What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) Minimum

1 year's experience

in a spa or beauty setting Warm, confident, and welcoming personality Passion for exceeding guest expectations Strong attention to detail and a proactive, flexible approach Familiarity with ESPA and/or Bramley products and protocols is a plus (training available) Additional hours might be available on Fridays and for sick/holiday cover
