Position: Specialist Cleaning Operative

We are looking for skilled and experienced Specialist Cleaning Operatives to join our mobile teams. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier cleaning and maintenance services across The City of London and the West End.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform specialist cleaning tasks to the highest standards. Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are prepared before site arrival. Report any maintenance or repair issues identified during cleaning. Respond promptly to service issues or shortfalls. Conduct routine maintenance on cleaning machinery and report faults. Complete additional or specialist cleaning tasks as required. Attend and complete all necessary training sessions. Use chemicals and equipment safely and as trained. Communicate professionally with clients and escalate issues when needed.

What We Offer:

14 to 42 hours per week. 2 to 6-day working weeks.

Weekdays:

Night shifts - 7 hours per shift, commencing at 19:30 - Mon to Thu

Weekends:

Day shifts - 7 hours per shift, commencing at 07:30 - Sat & Sun Availability for overtime if required.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience within the contract cleaning sector - Training Provided. Proficient in operating a range of floor cleaning machinery. Legal right to work in the UK, with a good standard of spoken English.
