Summary
We looking for a sports therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our physiotherapy and sports injury clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you'll help clients move, feel, and perform their best.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for providing high-quality sports therapy and rehabilitation services, supporting the growth of our client base, and maintaining a professional, welcoming clinic environment. This is a client-facing and proactive role that blends hands-on therapy with education, sales, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver sports therapy treatments (including deep tissue and sports massage)
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and progressions based on client assessments
Keep up to date with best practices and advancements in therapy techniques
Engage in ongoing professional development and training
Confidently prepare and lead monthly small-group workshops (up to 12 participants) on topics such as injury prevention, recovery, or mobility, presenting information clearly and engagingly
Engage with prospective clients both in person and over the phone
Promote services and discuss packages confidently and authentically
Collaborate with other professionals (e.g. nutritionists, personal trainers, sports therapists) as part of a multidisciplinary team
Write a short blog or article once a month for the website or social media
Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to team goals
Maintain accurate and thorough treatment notes and client records
Ensure the clinic remains clean, organised, and welcoming for clients and staff
We're looking for someone who is:
A qualified Sports Therapist (BSc)
Skilled in massage and manual therapy techniques
Knowledgeable in injury assessment, rehabilitation planning, and recovery strategies
Confident in preparing and presenting content to small groups
Friendly, professional, and passionate about helping people
Empathetic and attentive to clients' needs
Strong in interpersonal and communication skills
Sales-aware - comfortable discussing bookings and treatment packages
Confident using technology and professional on the phone
Committed to ongoing professional development
Organised, self-motivated, and willing to contribute ideas
Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
