We are proud to be the small cosy independent Vietnamese coffee shop in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. Since opening our doors in December 2023, our mission has been to introduce coffee and matcha enthusiasts in Birmingham to a unique and immersive experience.

Maintain a safe and welcoming store environment and also keep the shop clean and in a good condition.
Having your Food Hygiene Certificates or having a proven well-grounded knowledge of Food Hygiene is a plus.
Fluency in English is required.
What you will do:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including Vietnamese drip coffee, Japanese matcha & other non-coffee drinks.
Assist customers in choosing beverages based on their preferences. Explain Vietnamese coffee to customers.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Operate coffee-making equipment such as milk steamer, oven, etc.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee preparation area, toilet, hallway and equipment.
Check and notify the stocks to the manager.
Handle card transactions with accuracy.
Uphold food safety standards at all times.
Provide excellent customer service in a friendly manner.
Requirements:
Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry.
Availability that meets the needs of our cafes:
Part-Time: Minimum 12-20 hours per week.
You will need to be available 3 days per week and must be available to work at least 1 peak day a week (Saturday, Sunday).
Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
You must be authorised to work in the UK.
