to join our family-run indoor play centre in West Edinburgh (near Hermiston Gait).

About the Role:

This is a

hands-on supervisory position

, ideal for someone with a few years' experience in a

customer-facing role

(hospitality, retail, or leisure) who's ready to take on more responsibility and begin their journey into a management position.
You'll be a role model to the team -- leading by example, keeping standards high, and ensuring every visitor enjoys a fantastic experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supervising and motivating the team during shifts Initially working 2-3 days per week with additional opportunities to cover during school holidays and staff leave Ensuring the highest standards of customer care and cleanliness Supporting daily operations to keep everything running smoothly Engaging with customers to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere Leading by example and helping develop newer team members

About You:

We're looking for someone who:

2+ years of experience

in a customer-facing environment Is

friendly, engaging, and confident

with people of all ages Takes pride in delivering

exceptional service

Is a

team player

who inspires others to do their best Is reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn and grow

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
