About the Role



You'll provide person?centred support in people's homes and local communities--helping with daily routines such as meal preparation, medication, household tasks and attending activities that matter to the people you support.


Shifts include a mix of daytime hours, with opportunities for

sleep?ins

and

waking nights

Duties could include:



Providing

personalised support

tailored to individual needs. Offering

emotional support

and positive encouragement. Completing

light household tasks

and

basic administrative duties

. Bringing

fresh ideas

and helping to improve ways of working.

Checking and recording

medication stocks and personal finances in line with policy.

Shifts and Pay:



Day Shifts

: 7:30am-3:00pm | 3:00pm-9:30pm/ 10:30am-10pm | 11:00am-7:00pm

Waking Night Shifts

: 10pm - 7am (+ 12.15 + 20% per hour)

Sleep-In Shifts

: Additional to day shifts (+ 62.64 per shift)

Hourly Rate

: 12.75, making the annual salary 24,531 (FTE)

What You'll Need:



A genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex health needs Flexibility - our services run 24/7 and shift patterns vary

A full UK manual driving licence

- There are mobility cars at these services and the correct licence is required.
