Role Overview

We're seeking a charismatic, reliable presenter to host our TikTok Live shopping sessions and create engaging social media content. You'll showcase products, interact with customers, and help us grow our brand online.

Key Responsibilities

Host TikTok Live sessions during these regular shifts:

Tuesday:

Daytime (approx. 4-5 hours)

Thursday:

Daytime (approx. 4-5 hours)

o

Friday:

Evening session (hours vary, typically 4-5 hours)

Create original social media content for TikTok and Instagram (5-6 hours per week)

Present products in an engaging, informative, and authentic way

Interact with viewers: answer questions, respond to comments, and build rapport

Take claims and assist customers with the checkout process during live sessions

Share basic knowledge about crystals, metaphysical tools, and spell kits (training provided)

Collaborate with the team to plan themes, product features, and promotions

Help set up and tidy the live selling area before and after each session

Requirements

Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking on camera

Excellent communication skills and positive energy

Interest in crystals, witchcraft, or metaphysical products (experience a bonus, not required)

Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the above schedule

Creative with a passion for social media and content creation

Previous presenting, retail, customer service, or content creation experience preferred
