We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. This role involves working closely with students of various ages, providing tailored support in their studies, and enhancing their understanding of the subject matter.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in designated subjects. Assess students' learning needs and develop customised lesson plans. Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary. Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere to enhance student confidence. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff regarding progress and areas for improvement. Assist students with homework, projects, and exam preparation. Stay updated on educational best practices and curriculum changes.

Skills

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a strong understanding of educational methodologies. Experience working with children, demonstrating patience and adaptability to various learning styles. Knowledge of special education practices is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex concepts clearly. Strong organisational skills to manage lesson plans and track student progress effectively.
