As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a smile.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders while offering recommendations and upselling menu items. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, maintaining high standards of presentation and accuracy. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and effective communication regarding orders.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential. A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding guest services at all times.
