Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our fun team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons enjoy their meals while receiving attentive and friendly service.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution. Process payments accurately using basic math skills. Assist in training new staff members as required.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a serving role. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a focus on hospitality. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role. The hotel will be closed for staff break over the Christmas period 24-26th December inclusive : ).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 24 per week
