Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing a positive first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Handle cash transactions accurately, while managing table reservations when applicable. Maintain cleanliness of tables and ensuring the dining area remains inviting and sanitary. Support kitchen staff with basic food handling or food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations throughout their visit.

Skills

Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations, hospitality, and effective communication. Ability to multitask efficiently with superb time management skills in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and basic maths for cash handling and order calculations. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
