Part-Time Website Administrator (WordPress & Shopify)

Office/Warehouse - No Remote work applicable

Potential to go full-time ...ideal for students gaining experience in web content or e-commerce

Location: Remote or Glasgow-based
Hours: Part-time (flexible) Mon-Fr/i Min-20 hours
Start Date: Early September 2025
Rate: Based on experience 13-15 per hour

We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Website Administrator to support our busy e-commerce team. You'll be working across WordPress and Shopify, helping us manage and maintain product listings, update stock, and ensure a smooth and professional customer-facing experience. This is a front-end admin role only no plugin, coding, or back-end development work required. Applications will be AI detected. Please ensure honesty upon applying for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Uploading and updating bulk product listings on WordPress and Shopify Managing stock levels, titles, images, and collections/categories Updating banners, basic page content, and homepage sections Checking listings for accuracy and consistency Assisting with seasonal or promotional updates

Requirements:

Ideally Minimum 2 years experience with an understanding of WordPress and/or Shopify admin panels Confident handling product data and content updates (no back-end or plugin work) Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Interest in e-commerce or website content Ideal for students or professionals looking to build commercial web experience
