The Role:
Edit and update client websites (
Webflow preferred
) Implement on-page & technical SEO Keyword research + competitor analysis Track performance (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO tools) Provide insights & suggest improvements Support agency growth and new projectsWhat We're Looking For:
Strong
Webflow
experience (or ability to learn quickly) Proven SEO knowledge & analytics skills Attention to detail + problem-solving mindset Good communication, remote-friendly, ideally local for occasional office meetups (Burgess Hill)Nice to Have:
Mailchimp/email marketing experience HTML/CSS basics Social media optimisation
Hours & Pay:
Part-time, 5-10 hours/week (flexible) Competitive hourly rate of over 20 based on experience Potential for more hours + higher pay as we grow Performance-related incentives
