Wraparound Care Leader

Term Time - Afternoons initially

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Wraparound Care Support Assistants. This role involves providing high-quality care and support for children outside of standard school hours, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.

What you'll do:

Supervise and engage children in fun, educational, and creative activities as directed by the Wrapround Care Leader Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times. Maintain a clean, organised environment. Foster a safe, inclusive space where every child feels valued and supported. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and provision staff.

What we're looking for:

Experience working with children (preferred but not essential). A positive, patient, and proactive attitude. Ability to work as part of a team. Basic understanding of safeguarding and child protection (training provided). Flexibility to work before and/or after school hours.

Desirable:

Experience working with children Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Essential:

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role

Working hours:

After School hours (2:30pm - 6:30pm) Term time Before School hours (7:00am - 9:00am) Term time Parties, Events and Holiday clubs will be available throughout the year on an ad hoc basis

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
