Are you a natural entertainer with a passion for making dreams come true? Do you love creating magical experiences for children and families? We're looking for a lively, creative, and friendly individual to join our team as a party host!

Key Responsibilities

Princess role playing when required: Dress as a beloved princess character or mascot and engage with children in a fun, warm and interactive way.

Party Entertainment: Lead games, dancing, create a magical atmosphere at children's parties, events and celebrations.

Customer Interaction: Collaborate with parents to plan party activities, ensure events run smoothly and make sure every child feels special

Photo Opportunities: Pose for photos with guests, helping create lasting memories for families

Till Operation: Handle cash transactions at the cafe or reception, ensuring smooth and accurate sales

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to questions, assisting with party needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside other work colleagues to ensure that the centre and parties runs smoothly.

Party Organiser: Set up the party food room for each party, including themed backdrops, characters and making the room look magical. You will also serve the food to the children (Food allergy training will be provided.

Barista Skills (Optional but advantageous for extra hours): Assist with preparing speciality hot drinks, taking orders for food in an upbeat and professional manner.
